The bite was on this morning....Fall is nearing closer

Thanks for the funny comments everyone...I knew the banana pic would be funny to post and you guys would get a kick outta that..............Today was that kinda day.....Jimmy, I got up at 4:00am and grabbed the wrong shirt from my closet...I have 3 white shortsleeve fishing shirts and hey, I was tired and not paying attn...sh*t happens....no biggie........didn't notice until we were on the water and I changed from my hoodie to that shirt once it got sunny out...The fishies seemed to like it....maybe I'll keep it on the rest of the season...LOL.....

looks like you guys had a better day than we did. when we drove by around 6 am, they had the road to the lake you went out on closed, i guess for storm cleanup.

we kept going up 23 to the last one instead. fishing was dead, but did happen to see mr. bald eagle... and mrs. bald eagle! they were hunting together, looks like a mating pair to me. i think their nest is up on the northwest side, but i haven't been able to find it among the trees yet. maybe in another few weeks when the leaves drop. very cool.

acabtp......we told the cops we were fishing and no problem they let us go through.....Worse scenario, you could have went up to the next U-Turn.....We were going to orig. go where you went but made a last minute change thinking the wind was gonna be pretty harsh way up.....Anyway, from now on it should be pretty good every time with the cooling temps. expected this week overnights!!....Let me know when you are going next time and maybe we will meet you somewhere....Oh yeah, the Eagles have landed in our area for good I think.....that's always a bonus to a day on the water!!!!
