Nice pike.

Dragging a heavy kayak loaded with gear through the woods is no fun! I tried it once and just gave up after a few yards.

I just bought one of these Wheel-Eeze kayak carts at the Kayak Fishing Store and it made a world of difference. It's still really heavy, but manageable with wheels to carry some of the weight.

When I fish with the kayak in the river, all my gear is carried in my belt pouch, plus 1 rod and a paddle. Just about as little as possible. I have that cart, but with the big soft tires for the beach, which is great, but for the woods, there is nothing easier then grabbing the handle and pulling it. You can always tell my kayak in the river....it's the one with all the duct tape on the bottom from dragging it many miles through the years !!! LOL
