Keep an eye out on Craigslist. Deal in person. Just beware of scams and if something doesn't seem right trust your instincts.

What kind of setup? a tiller or a remote steering deal. If a kicker do u want power tilt and trim? I personally would grab a 15hp and throw some 9.9 stickers from ebay on it and be good for restricted waters
