![]() That's why when sharking they say to keep a live bluefish hooked and swimming at the side of the boat. Other than the fact that at times a mako may have a preference for something live the sound waves or distress signal a blue fish gives off out can be picked up for miles supposedly by other sharks. Makes perfect sense when you see a video like that. A shame for the marlin to meet it's fate that way. It doesn't take long in the wild for a good day to turn bad!
