Use of hooks with added weight is prohibited, if the weight is on an artificial fly thats ok as long as the weight does not exceed 1/8 oz. Rapalas must be reduced to 1 single hook no more than a half inch gap at Lake Ontario tribs and must be free swinging, on an o-ring.
