It's not looking so good right now.
I hope the weather is wrong but FishWeather has it blowing a gale all day. |

A post as to when the call will be made by would be helpful so people can make alternate plans if the trip ends up being cancelled. Based on the offshore forecast right now, it doesn't look good especially with wind chill factored in. I'd rather just donate the money for a very worthy cause then see everyone have to endure a not so enjoyable trip. Save the cost of bait and gas and give more to the Elena family! It will give all of us good Karma for future off shore excursions!

You know how off base these forecasts can be, we just have to wait...
these folks have ruined many a Canyon trip for me...all for nothing... ![]() |

Ahab,
Couldn't agree with you more as we've all had many trips cancelled due to conditions which never materialized. Definitiely want to go, just wanted to get an idea when the Captain might feel he was in a position to make that call by. I hope we make it, if not I'd be disappointed but would still be happy to contribute my fare to support the main purpose of the trip. Dakota |
