Someone added some extra zeroes when they gave you that info. The number registered is about 250 THOUSAND, NOT 250 MILLION.

And sadly ,of those 250000 ,approximately 400 donors to the SSFFF. Captain Adam may know the number of RFA members,im sure its disappointing. what have they done? have you seen your bag limits go up and length requirements go down? please elaborate and show me the proof and i will show you the money...

You do realize that some people registered and never went fishing or some went once, why on earth would those people contribute if they went a few times?

Giving money to an organization is great, but actually going to meeting and voicing your opinions are way better.
