Round Valley Trouting 9/13

Andy, I'm kinda surprised you gave lakers that 'wet beach towel' summary. When I fished for them in December last year at round valley, they seemed to be pretty fun fighters. One of the only things we were catching in the fresh water.

A 5lb. brown trout vs a 5 lb. lake trout, the fight is like night and day.

Browns run and jump all over the place, sound deep, take off and smoke your drag.

Lake trout shake their heads, blow bubbles, and float to the surface.

LOL. I'll have to get a reminder this early winter when my buddy and i go for them again.
