I remember talk of if the dam were to be replaced it would include a fish ladder. That would be great. Whatever happens it'll take 5 years or more to finish the way things work here. That puny little bridge in Navasink took over 2 years to complete.

So is the lake pretty much empty other than some deep spots, or just low?
