I thought our fishing license fees and and the excise tax we pay on fishing equipment is supposed to pay for things like launch ramps.

I know a couple of non-anglers from work who were trying to launch their kayaks from the boat launch at Round Valley last summer -and the CO or Park Police kicked them out!
