Hey Rich,
I have been using a product called Mysterioso. It's a compression type top similar to under armor. It's fleece lined, has a turtle neck, and wicks moisture away like UA. I wear it under my dry suit in my kayak and on the west coast they wear it under the wet suits. Cost is about $70. If you want to swing by and check it out let me know.
