Lemon Creek Boat Ramp

I’m looking to launch the boat this weekend and with the Great Kills ramp out of commission for a few months- the only back up ramp we have left is Lemon Creek. Has anyone been there since Sandy? Besides watching the tides- is there anything else I need to worry about?
