Default Baked Flounder

Gonna try this when the season opens

Flounder Filets
Ranch Dressing
Panko(Japanese Bread Crumbs)
Salt&Pepper

Lemon Dill Butter

Take either dried dill or fresh and simply heat up butter and mix dill together.

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees

Take filets and salt & pepper them and lightly cover with ranch dressing.
(I do this on a plate)

Now place the Panko(Japanese Bread Crumbs) into a bowl. Next take the filets(lightly covered with the ranch dressing) and dip into Bread crumbs.

Place breaded filets on baking sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes, or longer depending on thickness of filets.

After 8-10 minutes take lemon dill butter and drizzle on top of filets

Thumbs up Re: Baked Flounder

Bobber,
I had a variation on this last week while we were still on vacation. It was grouper and instead of panko they used potato chips. Very tasty.
