Question Who is eating channel catfish ?

Saw some of the fish caught locally, they seem very healthy.

catfish and bullheads taste excellent if you soak the fillets in milk overnight. it gets rid of the muddy taste. batter them and fry them, delicious

used to see folks on the Delaware at trenton taking home big ol channels and stringers and buckets of white perch, they all seemed healthy!
