Default Great Notch Reservoir.....

Has anyone ever tried fishing Great Notch Res between Little Falls and Woodland Park.? Ive been so tempted to sneak in there and throw a line...

If anyone has fished in there what species are in there?

Also has anyone fished New street Res across from Barbours Pond in woodland park?

Was wondering the same thing myself today. The signs clearly say, no trespassing. But, its only illegal if u get caught, right.

Both of those were my stomping grounds 25yrs ago. We never got caught but that was along time ago. I wouldn't even think about it now the way the protect the reservoirs. Don't get caught !!

One other thing, do you really think that someone would say YEA It's Great !!

I would but thats just me I guess

I drive by those Res's quite often and if you did some early morning fishing (say 5am - 7am) there is no way you would be caught. I never see anyone ever patrolling these areas..... Great Notch would be easy to fish but New Street is too much in the open...

Same thing with Cedar Grove res... fish in these res's gotta be huge by now.

Since 911, you need to be careful going to a reservoir.
