Thinking about either 50 or 65lb braid for blackfish. Any suggestions on brand ? Heard good reviews about Momoi Diamond Braid. Thanks.

Sufix 832. Not big diff between 50 and 65. Should be more than fine with 40-50. Your shock leader is what takes a beating in the rocks etc. Good, abrasion resistant mono is key.

Original fused Berkley Fireline 30lb in smoke. Breaking strength ~ 56lb. And very abrasion resistant.

I've been using Kast King Chinese braid. for the last three years 50, 65 and 80. Never had a problem with it. Half the price of US brands.
