A couple of Bass at a local pond last night
On my way home from work yesterday I stopped by a Dicks to re-stock and then decided to take a few casts at a pond that is conveniently nearby. This pond, despite not being the most scenic spot (see loading docks in the background) always seems to produce for me. Nothing huge but managed 3 decent fish in about a half hour.
All told yesterday I found success before work at one spot in Bergen County, another Bergen County spot at lunch, and my Union County glorified retention basin on my way home. The bass are definitely hungry! |

The look on your face is identical to the look on faces in pulp fiction when they open the brief case lol...
Nice bass, too.

.
Interesting honey hole you found there. Never had much luck fishing industrial park retention ponds, but I can't say I try very often. Most of those ponds are eerily sterile and I'm afraid of running into somebody that looks like this: .
