Did you break the speed limit at all...even by 1mph on your way to the boat?
I'm sure you did...so why is ok for you to break the law while others can not?

I learned what weed smelled like for the first time when I was on the Miss Belmar 2 at the age of 7...also learned what a drunk at 9am looks like as well! My dad was there every step of the way explaining things to me...not hiding me from reality like many of today's parents.

How many guys were on the boat that took a vic/perc/oxy/aderol in am that was not prescribed to them? Probably more than you think!

Why people get their panties in a bunch over this topic is beyond me. If a head boat offends you then maybe think about taking a sponsor charter boat on here...plenty of them.

Now where did I put my Doritos?

I realize that we beat this thread to death, but just curious to know if the USCG Zero Tolerance Law is still in effect for passenger vessels...? Most used to carry the placard in the photo...

hahahaha.

I'll say this about when I used to smoke (can't now due to drug testing policies). If you were catching fish after you smoked, it was the greatest, most fun thing you could ever do. Smiles up to your ears. However, if you didn't or werent catching shit, you didn't want to be there and everything sucked.

Maybe as an edible..
Try CBD oil. All the benefits of pot( and there are many) but without the high. And no smell of smoke to offend others. And completely legal in all 50 states.
I Just started using it for the health benefits and rarely ever get seasick but it is supposed to be good for nausea so it should work

And every one do yourself a favor and Google CBD oil. Or search ( cure your own Cancer. Org). And due your own research. There is tons of info online about this. Find out the real reason marijuana is illegal ,it totally shocked me.

Sorry to kill the buzz here but it's not legal to smoke pot on a boat period. Captain, crew, passenger or for medical purposes.

Every Coast Guard Licensed Captain is subject to random drug testing. They send you a letter and you have 36 hours to report to a lab or risk loosing your license. I was just random tested last week and over the 10 years I've had my license, I was random tested 2 other times.

Like Joey, I don't partake any more... Makes me paranoid and all kinds of wacky thoughts going through my head.
