Just heard from Andy. He fished RVR last night and caught 3 RBT. Said they had hooks in their lips...lots of them.
Guess people are afraid to grapple with a fiesty Trout? Maybe you could use a metal detector to find the fish!
Saw 3 other boats and one guy had 1 Brn and RBT.
He still has no power.

That's encouraging, it should mean that people practicing C&R cut their line without taking the fish out of the water to reduce the shock of bringing them to the warmer surface water. Happy to hear they're still swimming and still biting!
