New personal best brook trout

Fished a Bergen County stream today and caught my new personal best brook trout. 18 inches and 2 lbs 5 oz on my scale. The state has done a good job with the breeding this year, I haven't caught one fish under 12 inches. Trying to attach photo, need to figure out how to resize.

You are right about the size of the fish they stock now. I remember guys cleaning 8 and 9 inch fish at streamside.
