great point. the state should go about stocking more warm water species too, not just trout. I see a lot of youth bass fishing. Raise some big bass and dump em in every urban pond

I'm not saying the pond isn't great for kids, heck I practically spent my entire summers as a wee lad running up and down the banks chasing huge carp. But stocked trout, then start writing tickets, c'mon. (Thoughts back to Friday Fish and Chips and meat pies as the entire town of Kearny was British, Scottish and Irish.)

Once again I AGREE with Andy 100 percent. I am not trying to take away fishing from kids. I also fished there growing as a kid after school. Stocking panfish, catfish not a problem. If F&G insists on Trout than have someone issue tickets for non licensed fishermen. Yes do miss the fish and chip & days myself.
