Trout streams CLOSED March 19th:
Until opening day of April 7th @ 8am.
Do you want me to list all the exceptions, like TCA's, Round Valley, etc., etc., etc. Plenty of other places to go fishing, just a reminder.

Re: Trout streams CLOSED March 19th:
There are no trout being stocked in approximately the last 2 miles of the Paulinskill river because of the Columbia lake dam removal project so does anyone know if it’s ok to fish that stretch of water between March 19th and April 7th?

Re: Trout streams CLOSED March 19th:
Thanks for the heads up. Only stocked stretches are closed right?

Re: Trout streams CLOSED March 19th:
Good question about the Paulinskill, maybe Mark B can help us out on that one.
Yes stocked stretches, don't forget the ponds will be closed also that are trout stocked. TCA's are open, Trophy trout lakes are open but check first as they may be C&R only during this time.

Re: Trout streams CLOSED March 19th:
I caught a couple nice Brown’s in the Kill last week and it would be nice to know if today is my last chance to catch and release some more before the season closes! I’m new to this site and can’t figure out how to post the pictures sorry

Re: Trout streams CLOSED March 19th:
There are no trout being stocked in Columbia Lake and the pool below the dam. The Paulinskill is still closed down to the Warrington Rd. bridge as this is considered the head of Columbia Lake. From the bridge down into the lake you should be okay. Above the bridge = no bueno.
