Back again for some more action.

Funny, just a mention of the rain scared pretty much everyone off.

I swear its like they are the wicked witch of the west or something. Multiple people dropped out thinking they will melt.

Well still managed to find one willing to go. But that's only after I pretty much pressured and guilt tripped him into going with me.

And of course he did not regret it.

As usual after 9pm fish rolled in. Had two lines out and both went at the same time. My line had something light, but his was something much much bigger.

After a short while had catfish on board and my friend was still messing with his fish that was taking him on short runs. Finally he brought in his first ever brid. I swear I never seen a grown man jumping for joy so much, like a little kid at Christmas who finally got his favorite toy.

Brid was not that big, but still it was his first one and look on his face was absolutely priceless.

Turns out those two would be the only ones we catch, with having multiple misses after. Wish we stayed longer than 11:30, we would of had bigger ones on board but needed to be at work at 6am so had to wrap it up.

Yup, I remember those strange looking clouds and that weird hue in the sky yesterday evening.

I loved the storm clouds and lighting going through them. Man that was quiet a show that nature prepared.

Forgot to mention.

Last night had about 3 schools of herring pop out where we were fishing. It was quiet funny watching them making a run for it from whatever was chasing them.

Great night last night to be out no two ways about it.

You should have seen the celebration my friend and I had catching our first carp Monday! Lol, sounds like a fun night
