Default Wild Browns and Tigers (Oct 31 and Nov 7)

Its that time of the year, the rivers finally have water, and the trout fishing has been spectacular. The last two trips I’ve caught and released more than 50 wild browns, and three large, likely wild, tiger trout. A few pesky smallmouth, too lol. Lots of quality fish in the mix. And the best part of all, I had the river to myself both days.

Don't know how many times I have to tell you fishing in the hatchery is not allowed. Incredible pictures and great report. Just curious since brown's spawn this time of year are you seeing any of the females dropping eggs? That first brown is a beast and the colors are absolutely incredible, another great report my friend!

Looks like an orange belly, one of them. Never have caught one orange, nice.
