Default Re-power advise

2003 twin yam f225’s on Grady Sailfish 282. Unfortunately the block corroded through on one of my motors. Options are buy new block and rebuild and hope exhaust and other components are corroded as well (and then pray the other motor isn’t ready to go as well). Was able to find new Digital f250’s in Delaware which saves tax; but then to find someone to rig them and need a yam tech to fire them and perform the break in process here in NJ. Mechanical 250’s are 3-9 months out and they won’t guarantee a price even if you order. Has Anyone been through this process recently and can offer any advice? Thanks in advance.
