Default North Branch of Raritan

It appears that the picnic, swimming crowd has found a new place for their weekend exploits. Wonder if they trash this beautiful stream like they did last year in Somerville and North Branch. I hope the Bedminister police are able to enforce and shut this down. There was not a parking spot left in the pull off yesterday just before the 202-206 split in Far Hills. I didn't take the time to see if the there were many out of state license plates. Probably going to necessitate another clear-up crew.

ALWAYS take a camera when exploring to see if an area is getting or got trashed. Without photos there isn't much we can do, thanx.

Far Hills is high rent district, the partying won't last for long there.

I grew up fishing that section of the NB when there was nothing up there, so I'm quite aware of Far Hills inhabitant's. Although the deep cold pools were removed in the 60's when it was channelized, it still a beautiful stretch of water that needs protection.
