Lower Musky trout beat down

Everywhere I fished brought lots of bites on butterworms and baby nightcrawlers. Kept four 13-14 inch brook trout. The water was slightly dis-colored but it didn't have any effect on the fishing. Also caught two 2lb. smallmouths and some nice red eyed bass.
It's strange how some rivers you catch all rainbows. Another all brook trout. Another equal amounts of both.
