Default Assunpink

Been striking out there lately. Worms, jigs, meal worms...at ramp, around back....can't seem to find the crappie. Or anything else. Any help would be appreciated. I am not looking to burn a spot. Just some general pointers on the lake as Ibam kinda new to it.

idk that lake but i'm guessing you should be able to target panfish in the shallow flats right now with little plugs or jigs under a bobber.

No dice again last night. Tried worms and small green curly tail jigs under bobber. Tried in close and uo to 40 yeards out. Various depths and moved bobber from 2 to 4 feet above presentation. Grrr. Frustrated.

If your standing at the ramp looking at the water they should be to the right of you! All the way down that side of the lake in that little shallow cove! Used to be a phenomenal lake for using Fatheads!

That is right where I have been. Hoping this warm weather the next few days turns it on. We'll see. Thanks man.

Every year I hear "rumors" of white bass in there. And I always say they probably baby stripers that got in thru the creek. They always describe a white bass. I doubt its true but would be awesome.

I was there yesterday, Sat 3/30 ( so was everyone else) caught pickerel. No bass. However, there was a lot of dead, decaying crappie, bass and sunfish pushed up into the weeds of the dam. Look like they have been there for a while.
