Miss Belmar - Saturday blues & fluke

Saturday morning, we continued to fish north of shark river inlet. It started off slow and fishing improved by mid morning until noon. We had some good drifts with fish on top and great readings under the boat. The blues, which ranged from 10-15 lbs, would not stay with us for long. There was a lot of boat traffic which kept knocking the fish down. There are still a good amount of blues around. Today was slower than it has been but we still managed to catch fish.

Saturday afternoon, we had a good amount of shorts on all drifts with some dog fish mixed in. We also caught a cow nosed ray, which we released, and had a couple keeper fluke.

I will post yesterday and todays report as soon as I get it. Below are some pictures from over the weekend.
