2 piles, 50+ tires at each location, Studdiford and the confluence

Might be a stupid question but where the hell do all these tires come from? Just from people dumping them there? You do a lot of clean ups and every time there are a million tires

These tires were dumped in the rivers back in the 50's and 60's. Lots of tractor tires from the farmers along the river.
