Default Gel Coat

I want to replace the gel coat on my boat. Have you ever done this and who do you recommend? What can I expect to spend? The boat is white now and I want to add some color. I have a 22 foot Stratos with a cuddy. I will be stripping all the hardware off myself.
Thanks

To re-gel coat is a major job! you would be better off to paint it with Imron or some type of Poly. I have a friend who wanted to re gelcoat his Bertram and he had it painted, less labor.
