Exclamation Man drowns on Salmon River N.Y.:

Albion, N.Y. -- A 76-year-old Oneida man died Thursday while fishing in the Salmon River in Oswego County, according to New York State Police.
Keith M. Leonard was trying to cross the river when he was swept downriver and drowned, police said.
State police initially responded at 11:26 a.m. to Ellis Cove, located at 275 Bridge Street in Albion, according to police.
State police were helped by the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation Police, the Oswego County Sheriff’s Office and the Northern Oswego County Ambulance.

Not only did the world lose an angler but an artist, too.

Jim Teeny's father also died after drowning while trout fishing. There was one time wading in the Delaware that I almost went down and got a hell of a scare. The current shows mercy to nobody.
