They don't fire very far up in air for distant visibility and need batteries replaced. I guess you can throw it as hi as you can and don't drop it. LOL

Haha, I purchased this product because it does not expire in the event my actual flare gun flares did. Inexpensive way to avoid a fine

I saw that in West during my last class in the Lodi store. It's also pretty big too.

I thought kind of pricey. Similar to the ones they use on the front of barges in push gear.

Problem solved. Took advantage over the wet weekend (figure I couldn't burn the hood down with everything wet) and lit them off.

5 of 6 lit. One dud. Flares expired last year.
