Default GAMBLER --Taugin Weekend Report and Eclipse Fishing

The last two days Lazy Man 10AM till 3PM trips were very slow. Very few bites. It seemed like the end of the day, today, it was finally starting to pick up. Nice conditions both days.

Just a few short blackfish, a keeper cod and a keeper pollock today. I didn't expect it to be as good as Monday's trip but it was pretty darn slow.

Tomorrow looks like a nice day and we'll try some different areas but I think everything just needs to settle down since that big blow on Tues/Weds/Thurs.

Looking forward to getting out there tomorrow and optimistic as always.

Monday is our 12 hour trip, where we get the opportunity to try more distant wrecks and rocks. It'll be interesting to see what effect the eclipse has on the fishing, if any.

Plenty of availability for the next few days.

Picked wrong today. No trout, not even a bite! Should have gone on the Gambler
