Weekend Stripers and Eyes!!! 11/4-5

Got out Saturday with Brother Mike and Skunk to see how the big boats were doing with the Striped Carps. It did not take long for us to figure it out. Made our way up to the grounds passed all the big dudes and game on with Stripers from slot sized up to 36 inches. I could not believe the parking lot we were in the middle of. It’s kinda surreal to see everyone catching in one small area and the bait and gamefish stacked from top to bottom of the water column. Sheeeeeesh!!! Not even sure how many we caught this day, all I can say is that it was ridiculous.






Sunday Funday had me feeling happy with Walleye on the brain now that it’s November, my favorite time of year. Headed north with my vessel in tow. Met up with Rob and Barry eventually on that vessel. Made quick work landing 13 Eyes to 26.25 inches, couple of Slab Crappie to 15.875 inches and some over eager Whiteys in the mix. A very good day on a lake I haven’t been on in 3 years. It’s the most wonderful time of the year for some of us! Let’s go people! Catch em’ up! TIGHT LINEZ!!!
