blackwater sports has shiners usually but that is farther down, ur best bet may be crossing bridge to philly & going to sportmaster only 10 mins or so over betsy ross

Went to blackwater. A great bait and tackle place. Never knew it was there. Picked up 2 doz minnows and shopped around. Easy to get to down 55 about 20-25 minutes for me. Caught 8 bass , 1 crappy and a perch. Thanks !!!
