Apply ON OFF using a roller or brillow pad on a long pole. Then remove with a power washer. Used to work at a marina and this was the norm. If boat is on a trailer, dont let the product stay long on the trailer. And careful of the fumes and getting it on your skin/face/eyes.

Yes the on/off stuff is nasty. You don't want to breath it, have it touch your skin or get it on your trailer.
It works well on getting the brown water line stains off too and btw, toilet bowl cleaner works well too.
