Default Browns, esox, and a smb

Got a mixed bag from recent trips.

Went to PA for trout and got 5 nice hits and only landed one. Some bad luck with hook up ratio.

Back in NJ did some creek fishing and did even worse with hookups- skunked despite lots of fish hitting.
I went out again last night and bent my jig's hook into a more sickle hook-like shape;
supposedly that helped as I landed a bunch with hardly any missed hookups.

A few other quick fishing trips after work warranted some other fun fish.

Some good looking fish! The PA trout def look clean, but those Jersey trout have some great colors/patterns on them! Looks like a great way to social distance if you ask me! Nice catches bro!!

Very nice! Most of the places I've been fishing are showing very few anglers!

Thanks. I dropped one dink at the net, could swear it was a brown and it was straight silver and looked cool.

But other than that looked like every brown had the same style. Not butter-yellow ones. That could be result of a specific strain of browns that took over the stream?
