Default New Trolling Set Up

So I bought some Seeker bunker spoon rods a while back, when I say a while, it was back in 1999. The rods never worked out since the carbaloy guides kept on breaking so back to Seeker they went, several times and all under warranty since they have a lifetime warranty.

Saw them laying in the garage last year and decided to have them repaired one more time so sent them back to Seeker again. Now Seeker had changed ownership so did not know what to expect. Much to my surprise they got back to me and said we can repair the rods or send you a new set of your choosing.

I go online like a kid on XMAS day, found the new ones I wanted, 30 pound 7 footer and once I got them matched them up with a pair of Blue Avet LXs.

Had the first opportunity to fish them the other day and broke them in with 3 Stripers on the troll...

Once the bass are done it's out to the Mudhole trolling some schoolie bluefin and some Mahi with the same set ups.

Can't say enough about Seeker's stand up customer service and the Avets are super sweet and smooth and match up nice to the rods.

You gotta love when a tackle co. or rod builder stands by their products for a lifetime! Goods products with quality service to back it goes a looooong way in our fishing universe! Glad it all worked out for you, Gerry.
