Default Anchors Away>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

Been running up 22 and 31 quite a bit AND ITS REALLY STARTING TO ADD UP!!!! 25 TO 30 FOR GAS ANOTHER 16 FOR HERRING AND A STOP AT THE LOCAL CONVIENCE STORE are starting to break me especially since i'm not able to find a decent job. So today i decided to stay local and hit one of my spots in town. Didn't cost a dime LOL.... Well first cast i hook up with a nice LMB and takes me down into something inside the weed bed and it ain't budging, I can feel the fish but with six pound test too much pressure and you know it's gone! My gut says well if your gonna go down might as well go all the way so i grab the anchor and toss it in the water. I start dredging the bottom with it until i find what the fish is tied up in and with one big yank i pulled up about five pounds of weeds, a big branch AND MY Bass!!!! After laughing my *** off for a few i continued my trip and ended up with seven LMB and two PICS!!! No beasts but all nice chunky fish and all five minutes from home.

I seldom travel more than 10 miles from home and find more fishing than I can do. I m lucky that gives me SR, RV, MC, BIG D, and the Musky. Next year lm getting Pa. license and I ll add Nockamixon. Pretty good I guess.

It was probably a good thing that you got that bass out because he may have been there permanently otherwise and died eventually.

Nice!!!
I am really starting to enjoy fishing locally. At first it seems like a lost cause, but then you try a place or two, catch some fish, then start going through Google Maps and finding other places, and on and on it goes.

Good Job GetANet!
