Default Going through brook trout withdrawal

Is anyone else here going through brook trout withdrawal? I know that Pequest won't be stocking them again in NJ for a long time. I'm asking because I would like to catch some (either wild or stocked) and am willing to venture into NY or PA.

I have caught wild brookies in the past in both the Flatbrook and the upper SBR, but I am wondering if someone here could give me some tips for finding them. Not looking for anyone to divulge secret spots of course ;-)

My friend just got a couple 100 dollar ticket today for fishing on a waterfall filled, brook trout loaded river in PA! Be careful where you fish. And remember there are a few places in NJ that hold some absolutely perfect Brookies.

Check Page 22 of the 2015 F&W Digest, there is a list of wild trout streams. Most of these hold native brookies.
