This Thursday, June 15, 2023, the Assembly Environment/Solid Waste Committee will meet. A1047, our Lake Access Bill, is NOT on the agenda! Chair James Kennedy has not released the bill from his committee.

We need all of you, your family, friends, etc. to please reach out to the 7 committee members and ask that Chairman Kennedy place A1047 on the agenda for this upcoming meeting on Thursday. Then it can be voted on and continue through the legislative process.

Our victory yesterday in Trenton was short lived.
