Default Full Moon Beatdown

Got out last night with MikeyTopaz in The Hornet for fishing therapy in the amazing weather we've had. It was a little bit of a shakedown run, as we had to deal with a few gremlins before we wet lines. Got everything squared away and began fishing around 9pm. With the full moon upon us, we figured it would be feast or famine. Luckily, they were hungry . First fish of the night was a very nice 25.5" Walleye, my biggest 'eye of the season. Very next cast, I got wacked by something off the same piece of structure. A few drag peels and I had my first Hybrid of the season. SWEET. After that we bounced around from spot to spot and were lucky enough to hook up at every one. Mikey, fresh off an ocean Striper run earlier in the day, wasn't far behind. He picked up a nice Slab Crappie on the first cast at a new location. I added a good sized Yellow Perch a few minutes after. Kept bouncing around, and I landed a nice 20" Walleye, followed by Mikey unleashing his inner BassMaster with a surprise Largemouth Bass. Hit the last spot of the night and within 5 minutes, Mikey is hooked up with a super hyper 22" Walleye. Having got his Walleye mojo back, Mikey gives me a "cast over there dude, they hang out right in there". I casted right where he said and finished off with a 21" Walleye. We blew the whistle and left them biting immediately after.

Please excuse the subpar pictures, as neither of us had our preferred headlamps and both of us had dying flashless camera phones lol. Some pics...
