Overfishing

A stock that is subject to overfishing has a fishing mortality (harvest) rate that is higher than the rate that produces maximum sustainable yield (MSY). Overfished

Blackfish has a huge poaching problem.

Sub legal fish swim in tanks in restaurants all year.

I've seen this many times in many states.

And legislation will not stop that, only enforcement. It would be nice to see officers question the possession of those fish.
