Try pickling it. Lots of vinegar, salt and hot pepper it will last a while in the fridge.

Excellent recipe. Didn't leave one egg on the plate

Used the extra turkey bacon strip to serve as a bed for some cold ling chunks from the other nite. Wow! Am I happy
