After work quickie 12/18

[Skunk City]

Had to scratch the itch and glad I did. Lots of frozen sections of river, but I found a nice secluded area of open water to get my fix. Got about 45 minutes in before the sun set and ended up with 2 Pike and a very nice Yellow Perch, all on the same shallow diving minnow plug. All 3 put up a nice fight despite the low 30's water temperature and all were FAT, especially the Perch. For the guys hanging out on the couch with wifey watching Oprah, man up, bundle up and get out there.
