Not Buffalo Wings, but good wings nonetheless:
Cut up wings and place in large bowl. Add salt and black pepper to taste Add 1 cup chopped garlic and mix thoroughly. Cover bowl and let the wings sit in the fridge for a few hours. Place wings on skewers (soaked in water) then onto the grill at its lowest setting. Baste wings with honey every 10 minutes or so, cook until done (on my grill its usually about an hour) Good Stuff!

gonna make some Leifs clams casino for sunday too... as for the wings, I think I will crisp em up on the x-large foreman, then the Hooters sauce. |

Franks now makes a wing sauce that is great right out of the bottle. No need to mix the hot sauce with butter and other goodies.
I like to cook the wings well done on the grill and throw them in a tupperware bowl with some of the Franks wing sauce, put on the lid, and shake em up. MMMMMMMMMMMM |
