Looks like we will have to start looking out to the next trip. It will be interesting to see how things look after this storm and moon. March and April could prove to be good months for cod fishing locally, North and East of us.

One thing for sure is there have been more cod around in the last few years.

Last year there were good trips in March as well. Just tied up a bunch of Killer rigs on this snowy day.

My last saltwater trip was for mackeral. I most likely will be starting to fish for stripers soon. I probaly won't be going to Montauk anytime soon . Never go to go this year.
