Default quick hello

Hi all, i've been visiting this great site for a long time. i've recently sold my boat and decided to get back to freshwater and surf fishing. I've been using goggle maps to find locations and that's pretty fun itself. I fish out of a Tarpon 120, and i'm looking forward to exploring alot of new places.
i hope everyone stays safe in these crazy times!

thanks, i really like the simplicity of the 120. i've been to the passaic a couple times with not much to show for it. I fished stone tavern lake and farrington also. i'm going to stone tavern tomorrow, i've been reading there are alot of nice bass there.

Welcome to the site man! Lots of great people and info here. We also have our fair share of lunatics as well, HAHA! Good luck with the Yak! Those lakes you mentioned have some big Bass no doubt. Look forward to seeing some reports from you in the near future. TIGHT LINEZ!

thanks fasteddie, Mikey...i didn't feel like battling the wind with the yak today, so i went trout fishing in the south branch, and got my first rainbow, about 21", a beautiful fish! that was the good part, lol, about a half hour later i got snagged and took a fall, just enough to let water in over the waders and put an end to my day. So i get back to my truck and not wanting to drive the 40 minutes home in wet sweatpants, i drove home in my underware, praying i didnt get pulled over. Anyway enjoyed a nice cigar on the way home without any problems. pull up to my house, take a look around and it looks like the coast is clear....put the key in the door and out of nowhere comes the mail lady, (the ninja mail lady), says hello, gives me the mail.....all and all a great day, i think i'll stay in the rest of the day.
