Question on Kayak Fishing in the Spring
Trying to get started Kayak fishing and just looking for some advice/input about fishing in colder weather/water. Always wear a PFD but was wondering for the cold water fishing do you need a wet suit or a dry suit and where is a good place to find either at a reasonable price. Any other info on getting set up would also be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Re: Question on Kayak Fishing in the Spring
I fish out of the kayak extensively. I live in Virginia, so it gets cold, but probably nothing like you are facing. I wear a dry top made for paddle sports. I think it says lotus designs on it, but it was definitely made by Patagonia. It seals at the neck and cuffs. I just wear waterproof pants or bibs on the bottom. I purchased the top from Sierra trading Post a number of years ago.
